Set Up

Yennis Party Rentals can set up and tear down chairs and table. Cost per Chair is $0.40 / Cost per table is $2.00. We will set up and tear down heavy equipment like canopies, tents, dancefloors at no cost! Please allow a 3-day notice to allow proper delivery scheduling for our team.

Delivery

Yennis Party Rentals can set up and tear down chairs and table. Cost per Chair is $0.40 / Cost per table is $2.00. We will set up and tear down heavy equipment like canopies, tents, dancefloors at no cost! Please allow a 3-day notice to allow proper delivery scheduling for our team.

Site Inspection

There is a $40 fee for site inspection. Fee will be credited to the order once it has been made. If order is cancelled or not made site inspection fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

A 35% will be charged on order cancelled after 24 hours of being made. Any cancelations or items being returned upon delivery arrival will NOT be refunded.


A 50% fee will apply if order is cancelled ( 10 ) Days before the event date / will call date. 


NO REFUND will be made if rentals are Cancelled (3) Days before an event or will call date. 

Deposit

A deposit is required to be made upon booking of your event. Please speak with on of our customer service representatives for deposit amounts.


Orders under $1,000 Require a 25% , Orders Over $1,000 Require a 50% deposit 


Final Payment on Contract is Due (2 days ) before Will Call / Delivery 

Specialty items & Special Orders

Deposit or amount paid will not be refunded if a specialty items is cancelled.

FAQ'S

Damaged or Unclean equipment

A 15% charge will be made on unclean equipment and full item price will be charged on a broken / damaged item.

Late Return Fee

A full day rental will be charged if items are not returned upon agreed time when picked up in store.
